Weymouth Woollies started trading in 2016 in a small side street in Weymouth

It was conceived as a semi retirement venture by Elizabeth Cox who is a professional singer and entertainer.

It soon became obvious that there was a demand for yarn and Lizs unique knitted garments in the area so with her husband Paul , a professional musician and entertainer they made the jump to bigger premises in St Alban Street where the woolshop shares space with a local arts and crafts gallery showcasing work from local artists including Pauls photography.

The business has rapidly grown and is now popular not just with locals but   because of its trading position it also attracts regular business from Weymouths many visitors.

Both Liz and Paul are now commited to the expansion of the business and to bringing their customers new lines along with great deals and exceptional service.
